Description

surburban florida pool home with a lake view (with public access) in a quite neighborhood close to major attractions and beaches. the home is a four bedroom two bath, 2200 sq ft single story floor plan. it has central heat and air and all modern appliances including cable tv and high speed internet.

Neighborhood

i have lived in this home for twenty seven years and raised my family here. the neighborhood is safe and quiet and and the home is on a cul-de-sac with a large yard. the neighborhood is close to shopping and major highways but public transportation is lacking. it is condusive to quite walks or bycycle riding. if golf interests you the area has many interesting and world class courses that are playable year around.

About Us

i am sixty one years old and widowed living here with my ten year old chow-lab mix dog. my children are thirty year old adults linving in south florida and nyc. i know and am or very friendly terms with quite a few of my neighbors of many years. i am a semi retired mortgage banker after retireing from retail banking five years ago. my interests includ cooking ,reading and golf.

Destination

my preference is scotland, uk in september or october 2008. i am basically very flexible with regard to both destination and summer or fall dates.
