Description

We live on a 37 foot 2 bedroom boat new wood flooring in living room and kitchen and carpet in bedroom. There are two bathrooms one is off kitchen and the other off master bedroom. We are located on the St. Johns river at the mouth of Lake Monroe. Located on property is a very nice restaurant with indoor bar as well as outdoor swimming pool bar overlooking the marina with entertainment. There is another small restaurant open for breakfast and lunches. There is a store in the marina office. Very quiet area here on the river. Lots of wildlife! Can be to mall, Walmart, and shopping and many restaurants within 3 minutes of the boat.

Neighborhood

Quiet area with lots of wildlife! Docks are locked for security, but we have never had anything but quiet in this area. We are only 3 minutes drive from mall, Walmart and shopping and many restaurants.

About Us

My husband is a boat tender and I manage a national dairy. We have grown children and haved lived onboard for 2 1/2 years.

Destination

We currently are looking for a 3 or more bedroom house for the Christmas holidays. Our adult children are coming to visit and we don't have enought room for them on the boat. Would like to have at least a 3 bedroom pool home in Orlando area. Will concider other areas on central Florida.
