Description

Modern & spacious Brooklyn loft conveniently located in Prospect Heights area near many subways and shopping. There is one well-behaved cat that requires minimal care. With one bedroom and a fold out couch in the second bedroom/office it comfortably sleeps four. It is a semi-open loft in that the interior walls do not go all the way to the ceiling but, are open at the top.

Neighborhood

We are in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Prospect Heights, just across the street from the other very popular and trendy neighborhoods of Park Slope and Fort Greene. This part of Brooklyn is known for it's tree-lined streets, brownstones, nice restaurants and boutiques. Our building is a 9 story loft building that used to be where the "NY Daily News" was printed, it was beautifully converted into lofts about 5 years ago. There are many excellent restaurants in our neighborhood of all types that can be recommended. Also, may fun shops & boutiques. We are two short blocks from the Bergen St. 2/3 subway stop and we are 3 longish blocks from the main subway stop at Atlantic Ave. where there are express subway trains that can get you into Manhattan in under 30 minutes.

About Us

I am 44 years old, work in television and my husband, when he isn't traveling to Europe, Asia or elsewhere in the U.S. for his work in technology sales, works out of our home. It will be just the two of us traveling and we are very respectful and neat.

Destination

Open to any offers in U.S. or overseas. No immediate travel plans but our schedules are fairly flexible so we are open to entertaining any offers. We are also very interested in shorter weekend exchanges close to home (Boston, D.C., Philadelphia, Jersey shore, Hamptons, Montauk, any beach, Catskills, Adriondacks, Berkshires, etc., etc.)
