Three bedroom home located 5 minutes from the centre of town. The home is on major bus routes, close to the beach and beautiful parks. It has heat-pumps and comfortable beds, a spacious, functional kitchen, BBQ outdoor dining. The house is set high in a delightful garden full of beech trees, rhododendrons and New Zealand native trees. There is direct access by bus or car to the city and university. It is a short drive to the wonderful Otago Peninsula, home to numerous bird and marine species.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is quiet with a local park full of sporting facilities and children's playground. There are small shops, cafes and services close by. There is a delighful view from the dining room. A short walk through the park to the major bus route to town, university and the beach.

About Us

I am a school principal and my partner is a librarian. Our interests include gospel singing, folk literature, music and the theatre. We travel frequently between Australia and New Zealand visiting family and friends. I am interested in my Scottish heritage, walks in Europe and supporting developing countries.
