Description

We have a lovely detached home 4 double bedrooms, large, office, double dining /sitting room, double living room. large kitchen and room that could be a play room , conservatory or 5th bdroom.
It is beautifully decorated , in keeping with era, silk drapes, traditional. we have a large garden with a magnificient cherry tree and a patio dining area. off street parking. the master bedroom has en-suite and a walk-in wardrobe.

Neighborhood

The area is very english and well to do....we are 2 minutes walk to small village shops, we live in tree lined road, lovely neighbours. 10 minutes walk from the River Thames and the Palace of Hampton Court. 10 minutes drive to main town of Kingston. Beautiful parks on doorstep. it would take just over the hour to go to the coast. we have a direct train line to Waterloo with currently direct access to paris via eurostar. language schools on the doorstep.

About Us

We are a family with three children, I want to celebrate my 50th birthday by living in another country for 1 -3 months. ideally spanish speaking so as to teach the children another language. I might even like them to go to school. we are a very tidy and respectful family and as you will see from our home we look after properties. we both are consultants in management training and marketing

Destination

i think it would need to be a simultaneous exchange....if you wanted to do a school swap as well i am sure I could organise it. i ideally would like to go dec to march 2008/9 or October 2009/ jan 2010.

i would love us to have access to the sea/ river ...would love a pool

it must be as lovely a home as we have here and we want to get to feel what it is like to live in another country.
