Our comfortable home is located in a private, gated community just 10 miles to the Pacific Ocean and beautiful beaches. Our house is a cosy 1000 s.f. but feels larger, and is comfortable and nicely furnished, but not designer nice. We have a small patio and back yard with a BBQ grill. There are 2 bedrooms; one large master BR with Queen size bed, double sinks, toilet and large shower, and a medium size BR. w/ double size bed. A 60" Widescreen TV in living room w/ HiDef cable and movie channels. TV's in both BR's; a 36" in MasterBR and 32" in 2nd. There is one full bathroom with tub. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. There is an outdoor community swimming pool, hot spa (jacuzzi) and a kid playground walking distance from the house. We are 10 miles to the Pacific Ocean and very nice beaches, 15 mi to LegoLand, 30 mi to the Wild Animal Park, 45 mi to world famous San Diego Zoo, 70 mi to Disneyland, 100 mi to Universal studios/Los angeles/Hollywood, and many many more great places including mountains and desert (Palm Springs 70 mi). We would provide a 2007 Hyundai Elantra for your use if you are interested in swapping cars also. No pets please. Children are welcomed. Photo will be posted soon.
Notre maison confortable est trouvée dans un privé, gated la communauté juste 10 miles dans l'Océan Pacifique et les belles plages. Notre maison est 1000 s.f. douillets, mais se sent plus grande et est confortable et gentiment fourni, mais pas créateur agréable. Nous avons une petite terrasse et un arrière yard avec un gril de BBQ. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher; une grande société nationale des chemins de fer britanniques de maître avec le lit de grandeur de Reine, doublez des éviers, une douche de la toilette et grande et une société nationale des chemins de fer britanniques de grandeur moyenne. w/doublent le lit de grandeur. Neighborhood

Very nice, clean, very quite family community with $450,000 and up homes.
Major shopping within 2 miles, movie theaters, restaurants, etc, etc. all very close.
Très agréable, propre, très tout à fait la communauté de famille avec $450,000 et en haut les maisons.

About Us

I work for the US Government Dept of Defense as a Club Manager on the Camp Pendleton Marine Base, my wife is a Designer for Ashworth/Callaway sportswear. We will take good care of your home and car as we are sure you will ours.

We would like to be close to or right in Paris. Must be a simultaneous exchange with car included. Dates are flexible, with enough advance notice to book flight at best rates.
