My home is a large 3 level detatched house with ocean views. The house is just 18 months old and is just gorgeous. we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 2 powder rooms, lovely kitchen with every thing you need if you love to cook. Family room, dinning room, sitting room .The theater room has surround sound comfy seating and plush carpets, just like being at the movies. We have 2 large balconies with BBQ and ocean views. This house is not suitable for children but teens will love it.

Neighborhood

The house is situated on a beautiful marina, with trendy bars, coffee shops and a hotel. The beach and the Indian Ocean are a short stroll down the street. Great surfing beaches, Swimming, Fishing, body boarding and great places to eat.The incredibly beautiful Swan Valley and wineries are a 20 minute drive away. You can cruise the vineyards and taste the fantastic Aussi wines by horse drawn carriage or by boat going along the Swan river. If you dont want to drive there is also easy access to a world class transport system with new buses and trains and clean modern stations. You could also take a trip across to Rotnest Island which is a 30 minute boat trip away, this is something not to miss. There is so much to do, But this is also a great place to relax.

About Us

We are in our late 40s we have two adult daughters and a sixteen year old son. My husband and I own a car dealership. We have been in business for 25 years. We love living here because we enjoy the beach lifestyle and the vibrant community atmosphere of the marina.We have wonderful neighbours who will be delighted to meet you and introduce you to the delights of our Marina and ocean life style

Destination

We would love to go to Italy for northen summer 2008 or 2009. same for France. We are quite flexible from July 08 . New York would be great for Christmas 08 or 09. We would also like to try our hand at skiing so please make us an offer. Your home would be looked after.It will be left immaculatly clean.
