Quiet cul-de-sac position within walking distance to the local shops, and amenities. A short walk to the beach and marina, local parks and reserves. Marina dining available, and local take away establishments just minutes away. Easy access to the city via the train which is situated next to the local shopping precinct, and only a short drive to access all of South Australia's tourist attractions including the wine regions.

About Us

Husband and wife in our late forties, going on thirty! We love our walks on the beach with the dogs, and late summer evenings dining with friends in the peace and quiet of our beautiful garden. Lots of sporting interests and our location enables us to take long bike rides along the foreshore. We like to keep a clean and tidy house.

Destination

It can be a non-simultaneous exchange and dates are flexible. We would like to be centrally located in England, preferably in the South Yorkshire area.
