Description

Spacious 4 bedroom split ranch Florida home in quiet subdivision. Home includes central air, very private enclosed lanai with pool, and gas grill. Master bedroom has sliding patio door to lanai, Master bathroom has oversized walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks. Guest room includes queen size bed, guest bath with bath/shower, double sinks and access to pool. Wireless internet access throughout. 4th bedroom includes 2-person futon.

No pets please and non-smoking adults only. We would prefer to stay in a home or condo with 3-4 bedrooms. Other desired destinations at most anytime of the year would be Greece or London; (London for Wimbledon would be awsome).

We're less than 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, great shopping, dining, less than an hour from the beach in Daytona, Disney, MGM Universal, Seaworld and all the great theme parks that Central Florida has to offer. We're also a mile away from the beautiful Wekiva State Park where your family can enjoy hiking, biking trails and you can rent canoes and canoe on the scenic Wekiva river.

Neighborhood

We love our neighborhood! We're in a cul-de-sac and our neighbors are the BEST! It's quiet and a mile from the Wekiva State Park where you and your family can enjoy hiking, biking and canoeing on the scenic Wekiva river.

Our neighborhood is great for walking and jogging in as well.

About Us

We're empty nesters, have adult twins, and we've been married for 25 years. My husband is an IT executive and I'm in sales. In addition to our professional careers, we also produce and direct murder mysteries in the Orlando, Ocala and Gainesville areas. I'm a musician and my husband is an avid tennis player.

Destination

We're looking to swap to Colorado for this coming Christmas holiday, 2007. After that, we'd be open to swap most anytime as long as it can coincide with our vacation dates. With notice, we're very flexible.
