Beautiful home in upscale neighborhood. 15 miles to Vail Village, 8 miles to Beaver Creek. Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, concerts, farmer's markets and other mountain activities within minutes! Beautiful views off private deck.

Neighborhood

Quiet residential neighborhood. Sonnenalp golf course in our neighborhood. Grocery store, restaurants, shops, movie theater 5-10 minutes away.

About Us

This exchange is for my husband and myself (in 50's). We do not have children. We do, however, have a darling "Benji" dog if anyone would enjoy pet sitting while we are away.

Destination

We are looking for a spring, summer or fall exchange. Vail and the Rocky Mountains are gorgeous that time of year!
