There is secure underground parking for one car, 24hour security services, adjacent gym, spa and public pools and the famous Sea Point promenade right at your door for leisurely sunrise and sunset walks. About Us

I am a film producer and run a successful events management agency. I will be travelling with a close personal friend for several months in 2007/2008. I pride myself in my sense of humour, meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic and general zest for life.

Destination

We are ideally looking for a four month exchange between December and March 2007/2008. We will be traveling to New York and a Manhattan residence is a must. South Africa will be in the middle of summer during our travel time. The summer season in Cape Town is world renound with countless activities and places of interest in full swing during this beautiful, hot season.
