newly built 3 bed, 2 and a half bath on a well laid out Urbanization plenty of outside space mostly tiled garden 300 plus sunny days a year.
Can have chrismas dinner or thanksgiving outside.Two shared pools many shops and restaurants in immediate area, many close by beaches. 4 hours drive to Madrid and 5 to Barcelona. mountains and real Spain on your door step. Air-con throughout hot and cold ,sat tv 40 channels fully fitted kitchen etc etc The locals are 50/50 Spanish/northern european. Lovely neighbours. good transport to Alicante 15 mins away a major Real Spanish city with a lovely marina and clean safe beaches and castle ready to explore.NO real need to speak Spanish but a little is appriciated. famillies can have a wonderful time. we love it here and so will you

Neighborhood

close by are all the facilities you need for a great vacation golf, fishing, nature reserve, lots of spanish and international bars and restaurants.public transport is also good and inexpensive i.e. bus to Alicante 1 euro 20 cents ...less than 2 dollars.

We are in our late forties and speak English with a little Spanish but most people locally can speak English but 5 mins drive away is totally different. We love it here and so will you
