Description

The house is a small one story brick on a wooded lot leading down to the lake. There is a lovely patio and boat dock. A pontoon boat is available for a lazy afternoon on the water or for the fisherman. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, bedroom, office with internet access and sunroom. There is a full basement with laundry. My car would be available and is garaged.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. There are no small children living on my street. I have two cats(they will need food and water while I am gone). The view of the lake from the house and patio makes me feel as if I live year round in a resort. I love to have a barbecue and eat outside. There are many bike trails in the area to enjoy. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all minutes away. St Louis, MO is one half hour away with activities too numerous to mention including Cardinals baseball, Rams football, and Blues hockey, our wonderful zoo, the Gateway Arch, science center, city museum, magic house, Forest Park,etc.

About Us

I am a registered nurse and my honey is a homebuilder. He has done many things to make my house nice. My daughter and her husband would be checking in on the exchangers as would my neighbors and a couple of friends. We are all aged 30's to 50's. Remember, my house comes with 2 cats. I will enjoy taking care of your pets as well.

Destination

I will be travelling with one other person. I can care for your pet(s) during the exchange. I am tidy and keep things nice.
