Description

This nice apartment is 68 m2, and is situated in Oud-west of Amsterdam, only 5 minutes walking from the Vondelpark and the Leidseplein. Public transit all over. The neighbourhood is friendly and shops are around the corner.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a quiet balcony on the south. There is one bedroom with a two persons bed. The kitchen is small, but you will be able to cook there. Use of television, dvd airport internet, bikes, housecleaning and washing machine included. The bath room is small and has a shower and a sink.

Neighborhood

The neighbourhood is cosy and safe, and the street the apartment is situated is not to busy. There is a pool-bar next to the apartment so in the weekend it could be a little noisy. There a shops, bars, and restaurants around the corner. The public transit is also nearby and from here you can go very easy to every part of Amsterdam. You also can get everywhere by bike or walking. There is a big park nearby the apartment.

About Us

My name is Anne (1978), and I'm living in this apartment with my boyfriend Mark (1970). This is where I'm born and raised. My grandmother used to live in this apartment and my mother was born here. My family lives nearby. There are also two cats living in this apartment.
My boyfriend and I have our own creative company. We make video clips and clubclips for DJ's. Our office is our computer, we can work everywhere, so that's why we want to try this exchange experience.
In a few years we'll like to settle down, getting some kids, and move to an other city. Before that is time to have some fun, and see a little bit of the world.

Destination

For this exchange I'm looking for a stay in Berlin, Germany or Barcelona, Spain. This exchange must be simultaneous, but the date can be flexible.
I would like to have a two room appartment near or in the city of Berlin or Barcelona. Internet connection is required.
