Description

Nice little house built in 2003 in a small city called La Prairie. I am located on the south shore of Montreal. It is a 10 minutes drive from/to the city and all the outdoors/indoors activities that Montréal has to offer. There is a bus stop in front of the house that will bring you directly to the city.

House is clean and pretty new. Outdoor pool, Alarm system, Air conditioning, central vacuum and a fence is surrounding the small yards 3200 square feet. The house is 20 * 24 feet. 2 floors, basement is not finished. That’s where my dogs live. I will accept dogs and cats because I have 2 myself.

Neighborhood

I live in a quiet, secure and very recent neighbourhood. There is a school on the corner of the street and a lot of daycare. Lots of young families and green spaces.

About Us

I'm a young professional who is working for the governement of Canada. I'm responsable and serious in this exchange. Non-smoker, not a drug user, mature and good manners. I have good family values and would take good care of your home expecting the same from you.
