Description

Our mountain retreat is situated 10 minutes outside of the town of Boquete Panama. The region is a bilingual Spanish / English paradise. No heating or cooling is necessary. We have 15,000 SQ Meters of land around the house with a small coffee farm.

The house is very simple, secure and livable. There is a gardener/farm manager and once a week maid. The view is unreal. We have water, electricity, propane cooking, high speed wireless internet and direct DV satellite reception with English and Spanish programming.. No telephone service except for the prepaid cellular we will leave for your use.

You will need to rent a 4x4 vehicle available in David (the closest airport) or in Boquete. The road the the house is new an paved except for the last one kilometer which is scraped dirt.

Neighborhood

Enjoy a unique experience 30 miles from the Pacific or the Atlantic coast.

Just ten minutes by car from the town of Boquete Panama. Boquete has many restaurants, stores and any needed facilities.

There is a quality Pacific beach, Las Lajas about 90 minutes away. You can hop a short flight from David airport to Bocas del Toro a Caribbean island paradise or drive there and take a water taxi across. Costa Rica is about an hour away.

Because this is a tourist area you can get tours of coffee farms, do canopy tours, ride horses, do river rafting all out of Boquete.

We are a educated couple. Primary language is English with some Spanish. Our neighbors will help you settle into the house and be able to answer any questions.

Must be simutaneous. Dates are totally flexible. The trade MUST have high speed Internet access.
