Description

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms. One master queen with satellite cable TV, small fridge with private bathroom and terrace, one queen with local TV, one full. All on the second floor along with an exercise room, full laundry room, second terrace, second full bath. On the first floor we a lovely indoor garden in our living room with a 5 foot grand piano, a fully applianced kitchen with a breakfast counter and a wine rack, a semi-formal dining room. There is also a large family/library/office/TV room for multiple uses. Double car garage.

Neighborhood

We are near the small city of Humacao, PR on the southeast coast of the island. Up on the mountains with panoramic views, and about 5 miles to the ocean. Humacao is a small city with many amenites such as universities, restaurants, museum, shopping among others. Located about 35 miles from the Rainforest, Fajardo biolumenescent bay (one natural must see wonder) and 35 miles from San Juan. San Juan has world class dining, museums, and one of the best preserved Spanish style historic sites in the old city with many art galleries and upscale shopping and dining. All of this excitement only less than an hour from our home. And at the end of the day, you come home to a nice quiet country, mountain, comfy home.

About Us

We are a gay couple who recently moved to PR from New England. We are self employed exporting foodstuffs to the mainland. We have two lovely dogs and one cat. We only drink socially. NO DRUGS, no smoking. We are educated, down to earth, social and friendly and love to travel, dine out, visit museums and meet other alike folks.

Destination

Dates may be flexible with advanced notice. Car swap also available. We prefer to have no small children (under 10) in our home.
