The area is called Salamander Bay. Beautiful seaside town. Kid friendly.

Beautiful seaside township, fabulous beachs, we have surf boards available. Dolphin watching available.

About Us

Family of 4. Kids aged 8 & 12. We would like to visit Kona to watch or participate in the Ironman. We have been there before & love the place & are keen to return. Our lifestyle here is similar to that of the Hawaiian lifestyle & have visited there many times.

Destination

My husband & I are both triathletes & our dream is compete in the Hawaiian Ironman. We visited there in 2006 to watch a friend compete & would like to compete ourselves & are interested in doing the qualifying race in June there or visiting in October to compete.
