Description

Modern, two double bedroom, double storey house a stones throw from the beautiful ocean & fishing harbour. Both bedrooms lead out to a large balcony area overlooking the small private swimming pool and large private grounds.Fully equipped kitchen which is open plan and flows into dining/lounge area and then leads to a large entertainment patio area next to the swimming pool.
THIS IS OUR 2ND HOME SO IS AVAILABLE EITHER AS A HOME EXCHANGE OR CAN BE RENTED AT A DAILY RATE AT ALMOST ANY TIME OF THE YEAR IF AVAILABLE !

Neighborhood

Very quiet neighbourhood, stones throw to famous cliff paths with magnificent views of Walker Bay and small fishing harbour. 2mins to shopping area and 5 mins to beautiful long swimming beach. Most of our neighbours are referred to as "swallows", due to the fact that the majority are from Europe, Great Britain and Ireland, and all flock here for our summer 6 months of the year.

About Us

We are a retired couple who love animals and enjoy travel.Both our children (now adults) live in the Greater London area now.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange or simultaneous as this is our 2nd home (also available as a holiday let). The dates are flexible particularly for 2008.
We would only be interested in the greater London area. Our dates for 2008 are 3 months somewhere between April, May or June until June, July or August but very FLEXIBLE.
