Description

Our home is in a residential area between Cannes and Nice. The living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. We also have air conditionning. We have a private outdoor pool and patio. A bedroom and a computer room - with a sofa bed - , a full bath with a jacuzzi tub are located on a half floor. On the first full floor is the master bedroom and second bath with shower only. The area is very calm. Our house is surrounded by 3000 square meters of land - mostly pine and oak trees.

Neighborhood

Large family homes in a wooded area. Running, biking and footpath trails in the immediate vicinity. A grocery store is close by. The village, Valbonne is about 4 km from us. Cannes and the sea are 20 minutes away as well as the airport. Nice is 30 minutes away. We usually have exceptionally good weather. A car can be provided. There is public transportation about 10 minutes walking away.

About Us

He is a dentist, she a sociologist. We speak English, French and some Italian. We have an athletic life style : run, bike, hike and ski. All these sports are easy to do here. We sometimes travel with our grandchildren, 5 and 8, who live in the USA. We have three cats.

Destination

Budapest marathon. This would be a long weekend exchange. It could possibly be non-simultaneous.
