This 2 Bedroom ground floor apartment leads onto the garden and pool area and therefore is excellent for families with children who do not want to be up high on upper levels! The property is tastefully furnished and has full air conditioning and heating for all seasons. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, cooker, dish washer, microwave and comes with all essentials. The utility room has a washing machine and iron and iron and ironing board.

There are 2 bathrooms 1 en suite and 1 shower room and 2 toilets. All floors are marble laid and in the lounge there is a TV, Video, DVD and Sky satellite.

The complex has 3 swimming pools and also a baby pool. There is 1 tennis court and 1 football court. There is also a children's play area and a BBQ area.

There is underground parking for 1 car. The complex is located close to cafes and shops and withing walking distance down to the popular Duquesa Marina and beach.

Neighborhood

The area of Duquesa is located in Manilva which offers something for everyone. You can take the car and drive up into the hills and visit some typical Spanish villages with great cafes and restaurants or you can stay down on the coast line and get involved in all the lively entertainment along the beach with some great facilities and amazing restaurants. About 30 minutes drive away is the famous Puerto Banus with its lavish Port and amazing yachts and fast cars! A 20 minute drive will take you to Gibraltar where you can cross over onto English soil and experience the unusual surroundings of little England in the Med!

About Us

We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 5 and 8. We own this property in Duquesa on the Costa Del Sol but our main home is in the UK and we come to Duquesa throughout the year for all the holidays. I am a director recruitment companies and a software company.

Destination

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange and we are looking to utilise the holiday swap system throughout the year and therefore welcome enquiries for all dates throughout the year and will try to come to an agreement with you.
