Description

Our home is our winter retreat we are there from January until May, it is avaliable any other time than that. It is a new 2-story Mediterranian
style, we have our stuff in one bedroom but the rest of the house is yours. It comes with 2 caretakers for looking after the outside work, it is located on 8000 square meters of old coconut plantation with over 100 coconut trees,Guava,and Papaya. If a maid is required we can arrange one for you for about $2.00/day they will cook clean and go shopping for you. There are no cars on our island of 12,000 people only motorcycles.you can see more about our place and us at www.dive-capul.4t.com

Neighborhood

We are a 15 minute walk to town or a 2 minute motorcycle ride. The town has the oldest church in the Visyas (16th century). on the other side of the island there are caves with huge stalagtites and bats (bring rubberboots) there is a 17th century light house on the north tip of the island as well as a cave below it with a beach inside and a good place to snorkel. You can also snorkel right on our beach there is a wrech there in about 20-30 feet of water. Island hopping is also fun, there is an old pearl farm on a neighbouring island, and San Antonio is also close.

About Us

I am Canadian and my wife is Filipino, I am a pipefitter, she is a dentist, we don't smoke or drink.

Destination

We are very flexible on the times as we don't stay there except for 4 months Jan-May and even these can be moved around. we would like to go to Thailand, Mexico, Guam
