Elegant 1800 square feet condo (170 square meters). Private terrace with spa. Two floors in the heart of Montreal… Recently renovated, high ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds. The mattresses are all very confortable and new.

Neighborhood

The centre of Montreal! One block from great french restaurants, bike paths, shopping, coffee shops, supermarket. An interior public pool is 20 meters away from the flat.

Montreal is a destination in itself but many places are very nice to see at a driving distance.

There's Quebec City (2.5 hours), the capital of the province of Quebec and Ottawa, the nation's capital (2 hours) in the province of Ontario. Montreal is right between those two cities and is a nice base to explore around.

The Eastern Townships are very nice for sking and are just an hour away. Nice villages, very good restaurants and nice people too. We like to ski at skibromont.com which is a 50 minute drive from our place in the townships.

About Us

Andrée works in human resources and Serge is a lawyer. The kids are 18 and 11.

We exchanged our home and car with a Biarritz family last summerand with a Fernie BC family last winter. Everyone loved the experience.

Destination

Bonjour, Hi,

For our 2008 summer vacation, we would like to spend some time near a beach on the US East Coast.

For New Year's or Xmast 2008-2009 we are looking for an exchange to ski. The destination could be around 3 hours or so by car from Montreal. For the same period, we would also be open to an exchange somewhere warm near the beach.

We take the time to read and answer all emails.
