We have a 2 rooms apartment including 1 living room with a piano, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen . The kitchen is small and cute, with all commodities. It's a cosy place, we take good care of it and wish occupants to do so as well .
It's a 19th c. 5 floors building. The flat is on the 3rd floor with 3 windows on a very pleasant street, with a lot of shops, cafés, restaurants and groceries.

Neighborhood

The location is very central in Paris.
steps to the Hopital saint Louis and the canal saint Martin.
3 minutes walking to china town / belleville and 7 minutes walking to oberkampf and republique.
It's a lively area, with shops open on Sundays, close to nice parks and close to the center : 7-10 minutes from chatelet by subway.
The flat is only 1 minute away from the subway and buses

About Us

We are both artists, professional musicians, 30 years old.
We love travelling, movies, discovering new foods, sports, music and art in general of course !
We speak French and English.

Destination

Seeking for a 2 weeks exchange in NYC Manhattan or Brooklyn
between Dec.2- Dec.17 (2007) or between Feb.3 -Feb.24
