Beautiful two story apartment on top floor overlooking Arabian Gulf. Marble floors, elegant interior and located in secure bldg. Approximately 3000 + sq. feet with wide spiral staircase. Two balconies with spectacular views. Home not suitable for young children (less than 10 yrs.) No pets of any type. Two very large bedrooms, could use the the entertainmment room for third bedroom (with sofa bed). Modern appliances and spacious interior.
Within 5 mins. of Abu Dhabi center city, 25 mins from Abu Dhabi airport, 1.5 hours from Dubai.
Easy taxi ride to all locations, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment within 5-15 mins of location.
Maid service twice a week.

Neighborhood

Apartment bldg. is located off a major street called the Corniche that has a lovely sea side promenade.

The bldg ground floor is also a showroom for VW cars.

The bldg is surrounded by high rise apts. on three sides, a narrow street in the back has lots of shops, a few restaurants and several coffee houses.

Very safe area.

About Us

My husband and I only. We are both professionals, he is British and I am American. We travel frequently for pleasure and work. He is in the oil business and I am in healthcare.

Destination

Cape Town and Garden route area.

Home must be clean, easily accessible to this area, or with 45 mins. Ocean or sea view desirable or within 5 mins. Fully equipped kitchen with all standard utilities.
Elegant and comfortable. Quiet, exclusive neighborhood, no childen or pets.
