Description

The home is in the suburb Acacia Bay. This is 5 km to the town of Taupo. From the house you can walk to the lake in a few minutes. The home has a good size deck which we frequently use for outside eating/entertaining

We have both recently retired and are interested in swapping for a house in Australia, though very open to other places in the world.

We also have a 4 bedroom house right on the beachfront at Pukehina in the Bay of Plenty which we could also make available. See reference 5442.

Neighborhood

Quiet residential area. Sunny with a fantastic view. Taupo has most activities available to you. It is well known for Trout fishing. The mountains are 1 hour drive away. Two excellent ski fields are found there, plus excellent walks and tramping.

Recently retired school teacher and Plunket Nurse. We enjoy golf, bridge, fishing and travel
