I'm offering my 2nd home, a 2nd floor sunny flat, close to a pebble beach & marina centrally located inside the Marine Conero Promontory National Park in one of the most picturesque corners of the Middle Adriatic Coast. The flat has got a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker with oven, a big fridge plus freezer top, a toaster and a microwave oven, a bathroom with shower. There are two quite big terraces on both sides, a large living with two sofa beds, a tv set, and a private terrace as wide as the flat itself above it with large vases of roses, rosemary, oleandri and quite big succulent plants, water facilities, deckchairs and a barbacue side. Private parking garage, three bicyclettes available.

Neighborhood

Very close to the village centre to all kinds of shops, excellent fish and shellfish restaurants and pizzerie, a golf course a few kms away, horse riding, windsurfing, sailing and scuba diving centres besides tennis courts etc. Entertainments for youth in the nearby villages. For further information about the area: http://en.conero.it/. Numana is around 20 km from Ancona with its International airport of R. Sanzio offering daily flights to and from UK and many other destinations.The area is full of historic places dating back to Roman times, fortresses, old churches and monuments of different periods.

About Us

My name is Lorena, a teacher of English in a Grammar school in my town, Osimo, and I have two sons Corrado,21, and Stefano,15. They are both students. We have travelled a lot in the past years both East and West. We all speak English, and we are very open people. I'm a separated mother. I'm a sporty, friendly person with friendships all over the world as I have worked and study abroad when I was in my twenties.My sons and I love animals and we have always had pets. Now we have two cas but they are not living in our holiday flat but at home.We like sports swimming and skiing though I prefer the sea to the mountain.

Destination

We have already exchanged our flat for almost three months last summer and this summer for a house in Australia. It was wonderful! ! ! We did not know this continent and now my sons and I are in love with that country. At the moment I'm looking for an exchange in Perth possibly close to city centre or beach suburbs (Balcatta or Osbourne Park or Churchlands or Mirrabokka suburbs)for next spring in the month of February/March 2008. Anyway we will consider any other destinations as long as it isn't too cold in summer.
