Neighborhood

We are situated on the hilltop above the Sumner village which is a seaside suburb of Christchurch. It is a 20 minute drive to Christchurch center but also only a few 100 meters from rural walks on the summit hills surrounding christchurch. A 10 to 15 minute walk to charming sumner village with many restaurants, wine bars and cafes. No traffic noise as our road only services the hill residences.
10 minute walk downhill to bus stop and two small childrens play parks are on the hilltop.

About Us

Julie and I ( Michael ) have lived at this address for about 28 years and have two children ( Mark and Carla ) who have a business in town and their own homes. I am a retired Pharmacist and Julie still works part time as a Teacher. We are into Walking travel music films books and yes wine. Julie has some French and once had a degree in German but I am sadly lacking in a second language.

Destination

Dates are Flexible
For the United states an apartment in NY on Manhattan is Required.
For UK a London apartment is prefered.
For France or Italy we will consider options.
