Description

We have a 4 bedroom family home, with a spacious kitchen, a dinning room, bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We have a garden at the rear. We are close to all local amenities but in a semi rural area. We are within 25mins drive into Leeds City Centre and close to all motorway and railway connections to the rest of the country. We have a local sports centre within a few minutes walk and plenty of walking or cycle routes. This is a friendly neighbourhood.

Neighborhood

Friendly, family orientated and quiet. Close to local amenities including leisure centre, village shops and city centre only 25 mins drive away. There are lots of cycle paths and lovely countryside to explore.

Close to motorway, train and bus routes to York, Leeds, and London commuter trains.

About Us

We are a four person family, 2 adults and 2 lovely girls (most of the time) aged 12 and 15 years and we have a cat called Ozzy.
