2 story home, with top area consisting of 2 double bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen, lounge and dining room, opening onto deck with views to the ocean and historic surrounding islands. The bottom floor contains 2 double bedrooms,separate bathroom and toilet with kitchen and lounge. Both bedrooms upstairs have queen beds, and downstairs has 1 queen bed and a double bed/single bed bunk combination. Both areas have washing machines but no clothes driers. Ample off road parking, but only 1 garage. BBQ supplied. Car swap can also be arranged.

Neighborhood

Ohope beach is considered to be one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in the North Island. Fishing enthuiasts, and boating fanatics just love the area, and these water sport people are well backed up by a well performed surf lifesaving club and excellent coast guard service. If you fancy some out door bowls, you will be well provided for, as our property is directly opposite the Ohope bowling green, and if you prefer golf, you only just have to travel on down the road for 2 kilometres and enjoy an international golf course.

About Us

Hi
We are Pam and Alan Jordan, both in our 50s, and have been married for 33 years. We have 3 children aged 31, 29 and 25. My wife Pam works for the St John Ambulance service and I have been managing and servicing public swimming pools for the past 30 years.

My wife Pam loves reading books and I am a sports fanatic who loves watching sport.

We are both music enthusiasts and love live concerts. Country rock is probably our most prefered. Recently we have been to concerts, Rolling Stones, Eagles, Dixie Chics and Elton John.

Destination

We are flexible, our home is available at any time. We will adjust our plans to suit anybody. We are also open to any house swap offer from any area or rental proposition if someone should prefer that option
