Description

Our home is a 2200 square foot 4 bedroom bath in a very nice, safe community. The back yard is nicely landscaped, has a pool, lots of room to run around and play, BBQ, shaded patio, fire pit and picnic table. The first floor has a kitchen (granite counter tops), dining area, family room (large HDTV with cable), living room, bedroom and bath. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have double beds and the other has a queen. The bedroom/office downstaris has two computers and a twin bed. All 3 bathrooms are full size and have tubs and showers. There are two air conditioning units and ceiling fans in all rooms as well as central heat. The house is nicely decorated with antiques mixed in with interesting things we collect. We have a dog and two tortoises but no cats due to allergies.

Neighborhood

We live in a planned community so there are tennis courts 1 block away, lakes, parks, community pools etc. There is easy quick access to all freeway systems so you can get out to see the beautiful desert that we live in. The neighborhood is a nice mix of families so there are some kids around. The public library is a short 5 minutes away, shopping mall is 10 minutes and several grocery stores are within minutes. If you like to Golf, the Dobson Ranch Golf Course is just down the street. We love the neighborhood because of the many things to do. You can go for an evening stroll along the lakes, stop at the several playgrounds along the lake or play tennis at the many courts.

About Us

Our family consists of 4 - I am a public librarian and my husband is a high school band director. We have two children - one is a junior in college and 1 is a high school senior.

Destination

Our dates for coming to Germany are not flexible since we have already booked our travel but we are willing to exchange our home for another date.
