Description

Our 2 bedroom plus den condo is 3 years new and is 1000 sq. ft + balcony. We newly furnished it as our second home and is extremely well maintained. The condo complex has a gym and an indoor swimming pool as well as underground parking. It is located right on the subway line with the closest stop being York Mills.

The condo can sleep 5. Telephone is operational. All kitchen facilities are available. 32 in. LCD TV. Exchange time is flexible since it is only occupied when we go into Toronto.

Neighborhood

A residential neighborhood that is very central and easy to get anywhere by public transportation. LOcated near Yonge and 401, access by car is very easy. The Don Valley Golf Course is situated across the street.

Shopping is located one subway stop north at Yonge and Sheppard. Also other shopping areas which are close include Yorkdale, Bayview Village and Empress Center.

Dining is similarly located along these areas.

Downtown Toronto is 20 minutes South.
Airport is 20 minutes West.

About Us

I am a married professional with three boys, 12, 10, and 6. We travel regulary but seek alternatives to hotels and resorts. We are interested in home exchanges somewhere in the world for our holidays which are usually timed in Mid March, Late December and the summer times.

Destination

The condo is a second home so any exchange can be staggered and subject to availabilty for our use. The listed dates above can be in the Spring break or during SUmmer holdiays.
