Description

The house is back from 1896 and located in a big, beautiful garden – recessed from the road so you hear only the birds. It is amongst others equipped with woodburning stoves, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, bathtub, stereo equipment, 230X150cm homevideo and computers with internet. Outside in the garden you find the tiled sitting area, a place for a bonfire, a playhouse, two canoes and bicycles.

In weekends and holidays during the summer I sometimes go to the family summer house in west Zealand 100 km away. This house is quite primitive – e.g. without electricity – but located near a nice beach in an area focusing on recreation. If you are interested, it could also be available for you. A Non-simultaneously exchange could perhaps be an idea. (One of the pictures is form there).

Neighborhood

The village of Søllerød, in which the house is located, is several centuries old. A picturesque place with a church, a little castle and an (unfortunately quite expensive) inn holding a Michelin star. This area north of Copenhagen is in general quite “green” with lakes and woods, and in Øresund five km east you can swim in salt water.

About Us

I live here with my three children of age 10, 18 and 20. I am an engineer working with computers, and in my spare time I give priority to physical activities such as kayaking and bicycling – when the practical duties allows it.

Destination

I will be traveling with my girlfriend and perhaps some children. The period could be anything from a long weekend for nearby locations up to a little month in the summer.
