In a beautifully treed garden behind a high lush fence, a sense of serenity, peace and tranquillity takes over as soon as you enter through the gates of this private oasis. Laze around with a good book or enjoy a BBQ with family and friends in the shaded and private courtyard area.

'Casa Violeta' is in a quiet area only 10 minutes walk to the Rye beach, shopping village and restaurants.

'Casa Violeta' is located at Rye beach on the Mornington Peninsula -just over an hours easy drive from the centre of Melbourne.

The Rye bay beach is located an easy 10 minute walk away from the house and the ocean surf beaches are a pleasant 5 minute drive.

'Casa Violeta' is centrally located within minutes walk to many local attractions and only a short drive to the rest, including:

About Us

Family of two ('Missy' our cat is billeted with family when we travel-I only mention this in case you are allergic to cats). We are professional people of good character. I am a lawyer at a large Australian Bank and my daughter Renee is a graduate nurse. We usually travel independently.

If you would like to get away from the cold European winter, this is a dream come true.

Between us we speak English (very well) and French (terribly :)

Destination

Our days are a little flexible, but we must travel in December 2008 or early January 2009.

Non-simultaneous exchange may be possible.
