Description

Multi level town house. Open concept on massively treed lot. Feels like a cottage but in the city. The main floors are open concept with high ceilings. Three bedrooms Large Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Eat in kitchen, or use our patio with BBQ. Also balcony from the living room.
Family room has a home theatre system and a computer that is available for our guests to use.
We are in close proximity to major highways which will be of great assistance to anyone wishing to visit what is called the Golden Triangle in Ontario or you make your way to our public transit to take you into the heart of Toronto.
Our car will be at your disposal along with two adult and one child bicycles. A child car seat ages 2+ is also in the garage.
We have friendly helpful neighbours who will be more that willing to give advise or lend a hand if needed.

Oasis like townhouse complex. Short walk to shopping plazas which offers a variety of stores, from groceries to other forms of retail.. Short drive to major highways.or use the public transit.

About Us

We are a professional couple in our fifties with some bad habits smoking is not one of them. We work in Toronto's business center and travel to work on the GO train, which is a commuter rail service that runs daily service to the down town core of Toronto.
We enjoy travel, photography, classical music and good wine. Luckily we are about 45 minutes drive from Niagara on the Lake which is the wine region of Ontario.
Very family oriented we enjoy the company of our children and especially our grandkids.
We have a resident cat named Watson and our dog Jonesy. Watson would be here to greet you but we would make other arrangements for our dog.

Destination

This would have to be a simultaneous exchange on the dates mutually agreed. Dates are flexible, again depending on our work demands.
