Third floor walk up, no elevator, not handicap accessible.
Our home has many stairs within, it is not suitable for children under 10 years old.
Small dog considered.
Car with indoor garaged parking may be available (which is rare in San Francisco) Will consider swapping our Infiniti FX35 for similiar.
For those with allergies we have a Macaw parrot that lives in the lower level of the unit which would be boarded, also, we have down pillows, featherbeds and down comforters.
Our home is spotless and we would treat yours as we would expect ours to be treated.
We are non-smokers and request the same.

We are in the sunny & trendy Lower Potrero Hill/Media Gulch District. Safe.
Walk across the street to cafes and restaurants.
15 minutes to theater district, SOMA district, Union Square/downtown area.
30 minutes to hiking in the Headlands, Sausalito.
1 hour to Wine Country/Sonoma/Napa.

Although public transportation is nearby, we reccomend renting a car as public transportation is not very effective within the city, especially if you want to visit Napa or Sonoma.

We are experienced exchangers with 20+ successful exchanges around the world and recently featured in Better Homes & Garden.
We are a couple in our 40's and 50's, who love to enjoy the fruits of our labours by traveling to interesting locales that offer cultural insights as well as relaxing in the sheer beauty of nature.
I worked in the fashion & advertising industry in NYC, Miami and LA for many years and now own a market research consultancy. Originally from Europe I speak French & Spanish fluently.
Norm, my other half, loves to travel and enjoys the flexibility of owning his own sign and graphics business.
As we each own our own businesses, we have flexible schedules and are open to comparable simultaneous exhanges in interesting locales both domestic and International.
***We cannot consider exchanges longer than two weeks other than during the Xmas/New Years break. No can we consider any exchanges to Europe until further notice***
We have no children and have a small well traveled, (all the way to Brazil) well mannered, housebroken, hypo-allergenic (doesn't shed) shih tzu which usually travels with us.
***Ideally we prefer an exchange with a similar caliber property, although it does not need to be in the same style, we would appreciate an "even" exchange of an approximate value shall we say (which we understand is subjective, especially in an overvalued area such as ours). We prefer a simultaneous exchange although we can sometimes accomodate non-simultaneous requests.
We are also looking for local exchanges within 3-4 hours of San Francisco for long weekends (Napa/Sonoma, Tahoe-West/Norh Shore, Santa Barbara, Paso Robles, Mendocino)
We can generally only travel Internationally during the Xmas/New Years break but if you don't see dates or cities listed please email us and we may be able to work something out.
