My house is on the ground-floor of rows house.
It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 big bedroom,study room, bathroom with shower, toilet and a small room that is not finished yet (full of stuff).
There are windows everywhere so there is a beautiful light shining all rooms. Each room has a different colour and has something artistic.
2 people can sleep in the big bedroom and I have an extra mattress for 2 people that can be placed in one of the other rooms.
My house has also a very big garden (not usual in Utrecht) behind 14 x 11 meters and in the front.
It depends of the season its full of flowers. You can sit in one of the terraces or swing bank to enjoy. You can also use the barbecue and at night relax while the torches are lighted.
My house is nearby the city centre, you can use my 2 bicycles to go around. Walking is also an option.

Ma maison est sur le rez-de-chaussée de maisons mitoyennes.
Il y a un salon, une salle a manger, cuisine, 1 grande chambre à coucher, une pièce d'étude, une salle de bains avec douche, un toilette et une petite chambre qui n'est pas encore finie. Il y a des fenêtres partout qui laisse passer une belle lumière ds toutes les chambres. Chaque pièce a une couleur différente et a un element artistique.
2 personnes peuvent dormir dans la grande chambre à coucher et j'ai un matelas double supplémentaire qui peut être placé dans une des autres chambres.
Ma maison a également un jardin très grand (pas habituel à Utrecht) derrière 14 x 11 mètres et dans l'avant. Cela dépend de la saison, le jardin a plein de fleurs. Vous pouvez vous asseoir dans une des terrasses ou sur la balançoire pour jouir.
Le soir vous pouvez également utiliser le barbecue et vous détendre pendant que les flambeaux sont allumés.
Ma maison est située prés du centre de Utrecht, vous pouvez utiliser mes 2 bicyclettes pour vous déplacer. Aller au centre en promenade est également une option.

The neighbourhood is quiet while its very near the city centre of Utrecht (5 min by bike and 15 min. walking).
There is a park next to my house where you can play football and a children playground. there are 5(!) busses you can take to go to the train station and city centre (5 min).
Utrecht is a cute city that is situated in the middle of the Netherlands. There are a lot of students and the city has a lot of history and culture. Because of its location, you can visit all kind of other places in the country within 1 hour. By train it takes only 20 min. to Amsterdam. 50 min. to Rotterdam and the Hague. 1 hour to Leiden, Zwolle, Nijmegen.

Le voisinage est tranquille tandis qu'on est très près du centre de la ville d'Utrecht (5 minutes en vélo et a pieds 15 min). Il y a un parc à côté où vous pouvez jouer au football et une cour de jeu pour enfants.
Il ya 5(!) autobus que vous pouvez prendre pour aller à la gare et au centre ville (5 minutes).
Utrecht est une mignonne ville qui est située au milieu des Pays Bas. Il y a beaucoup d'étudiants et la ville a beaucoup d'histoire et de culture.
Grâce a sa situation, vous pouvez visiter pleins d'autres villes du pays en moins d'une heure.
En train cela prend seulement 20 min. pour Amsterdam. 50 min. pour Rotterdam et la Haye. 1 heure pour Leiden, Zwolle, Nimègue(Nijmegen).

I'm 30 years old. At the moment I'm working in a school in a multi-cultural neighbourhood where teenagers learn a profession. At the same time I'm going to start an 1 year study to get my teachers degree. I studied Fine Arts and was a painter, but I quit because I found it very egocentric.
In my free time I'm active doing voluntary work.
I speak fluently French (born there), Spanish (raised there), Dutch (live here) and English (from school).
My boyfriend will start studying Development cooperation to work in an NGO or to become a minister of foreign affairs. ;)
He speaks Farsi (he's afghan), Dutch, English and a little bit of Hindu and German.
We like to travel, meet people, learn about other cultures.
We both don't smoke.
EN FRANÇAIS:
J'ai 30 ans. En ce moment je travaille dans une école dans un quartier multiculturel où les adolescents apprennent une profession. En même temps je vais commencer un étude de 1 an pour obtenir mon degré de professeur.
Mon ami commencera des études en Coopération de Développement pour travailler dans une O.N.G. ou pour devenir un ministre des affaires étrangères ;)
J'ai étudié a l'école de Beaux Arts et été peintre, mais j'ai arrêté parce que je trouve la vie d'artiste très égocentrique.
Dans mon temps libre je suis active en faisant du travail volontaire.
Moi je parle le français (j'y suis née), l'espagnol (j'y suis grandie), le hollandais (j'y habite) et l'anglais (apris a l'école).
Lui il parle le farsi (il est afghan), le hollandais, l'anglais et un peu d'hindou et d'allemand.
Nous aimons voyager, rencontrer des gens et connaître d'autres cultures.
Les deux ne fumons pas.
Destination
We're open to any destination, but for swap with a far away destination, we need to know far of advance to be able to save money for the flight.
The dates and the length of the stay are negotiable.
We're also open for swaps for a weekend or last minute, if your house is not far.
EN FRANÇAIS:
Nous sommes intéressés a toutes destinations, mais pour échancher avec une déstination éloignée, nous devons l'organiser avec bien d'avance pour pouvoir économiser de l'argent pour le voyage.
Les dates et la durée du séjour sont négociables. Nous sommes également intéressés a l'échange pour un week-end ou une dernière minute, si votre maison n'est pas lointaine.
