Description

My flat is on the 7th (top) floor of an apartment building. It has a lift, and space in the basement for bicycles etc. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The living room has a TV, DVD and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table. The bathroom has a tub and shower, toilet is separate.

Neighborhood

It is a quiet suburb, mainly residential but with some offices etc. It's very close (5 minutes walk) to Sazka Arena so very convenient for attending events there. At the back of the apartment there is a park. The tram stop to the city centre is 2 mins walk, the metro to the city centre is 4 mins walk and will take you to the centre in 15 minutes. Two night trams stop nearby giving 24 hour transport to and from the city centre.

About Us

I am English and live with my 16 year old daughter. I've lived in Prague for a year and I am a teacher at a local Czech High School. My daughter has only recently joined me here and attends an English speaking Czech College.

We would like to explore more of Europe, especially the neighbouring countries for short visits, and further afield during school holidays which we are obviously bound by.

Sadly my only language at the moment is English.

Destination

We are looking initially for weekend / long weekend breaks in the countries surrounding the Czech Republic, preferably cities.
