My home is a nearly new 2 story townhome located in Jacksonville, FL.
Upstairs there is a small loft made into a poker room complete with poker tabletop, professional chips and cards. The master bedroom has 32" TV, king size bed and is decorated to have a very warm feeling. It has a full bathroom wlarge tub, sink and sitting area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed 27" TV and full bathroom.

Downsairs you there is a famiy room with large 52"TV(direct TV w/HBO, showtime & Starz), full bathroom with shower and tub, a dining room w/pub table, kitchen with all appliances including microwave and dishwasher, den for reading or entertaining.

Out back is a deck with BBQ grill table and chairs, great for a cookout.

Jacksonville is home to tons of activities and is also located close to several other major attractions in Florida. During football season, you can check out a Jaguars game or if golf is your game the Players Chamiponship is held here also. If you truly want a vacation where you can just have some fun you can hit the beach, see a play, visit one of our many museums, or play a round of golf on one of our numerous and world famous golf courses.

Jacksonville is also very close to other cities you may want to take a day trip to including Jacksonville Beach(fun & sun), St. Augistine Beach(FL oldest city), Daytona Beach(the famous boardwalk), Orlando(Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World), Tampa(Busch Gardens), Savannah and more!!!!

Neighborhood

My location is great because I am located right off I-95 and you can jump on a take minutes to any locatoin around town. There are several major malls with stores like, Dillards, Coach, BeBe, Belk, Pottery Barn, etc. There are also great resturants, including PF Chaings, The Cheescake Factory, Maggionis & more.

My neighbors are gracious and quiet...you won't even know they are home!!! There is a park a couple of blocks away where you can take a walk, play baseball, softball, tennis or enjoy a picnic.

About Us

I am a young professional whom takes pride in my home and enjoy traveling. I work for a major telecommunications company and have been with the company for 10 years. I am recently engaged and this home will soon become a second home because my fiancee and I are buying a home together. I have a huge family in town including my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and lots of friends. I was born and raised in Jacksonville and can give you a lot of insite as to where to go and what to do. Also, my family will be more than happy to give you any directions needed while in town.
