Description

Our home is in Dublin close to all facilities. We have two boys aged 8 and 5. We have no pets to be looked after. Ideally suited to families but all options are acceptable. We travel to San Diego every July to enjoy Del Mar. Our house has all Maytag appliances so it would really suit an American family. We are close to the Zoo, ocean and mountains. There is plenty of room at the house including a play room for the kids. Our sitting room has a large 50 inch tv with bose surround sound. There is a large selection of surf and other dvds for your enjoyment.

Neighborhood

Ongar Park has 17 acres of parkland, which our home faces onto. The village is a 5 minute walk away and has all you require -
Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bakery, Cafe, Pizza and Chinese take aways! The area has a large number of families but also has apartments that mainly young couples live in.

We have family members that live close by that can be of help should you require it.

The train station is close by and easy access to some of the major roads out of Dublin should you wish to venture further!

About Us

We are a family of four - Karl, Michelle, Adam aged 9 and Luke aged 5. Michelle is a busy stay at home mom. I am in the retail business.

We love the outdoor life and love going to California for vacation as it allows us to experience the sun, the sea and the surf! There are bikes at the house if you are feeling energetic. There are also some surf boards if you fancy hitting the west coast. The reason we go to San Diego every year is because of the climate and the beach lifestyle.

Destination

We would love to exchange with somebody from the north county San Diego area. Anywhere from Leucadia to La Jolla would be perfect. But if you are not from there know that our house is empty for July next year if we don't get an exchange. My brother also has an apartment outside Barcelona and it can be also booked if we know long enough in advance.
