NYC, MANHATTAN for BARCELONA, SPAIN

Elaborate NYC Soho Artist Loft for exchange from November 17-25, 2007. The loft is in a NYC land marked building in an historic district, which is near everything in Manhattan. Convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurants nearby.

Fully appointed Manhattan loft with dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable television, DVD player, VHS player, CD player, as well as DSL internet connection.

The loft is 3,000 square feet (300 square meters) with 18 foot (6 meters) ceilings, as well as northern and southern light.

We have a cat, which must be fed. Otherwise, the space is maintenance free.

You are welcome to arrive a little early and stay a little longer in NYC, but we will be traveling only from November 17-25.

We are a professional couple. She is an international architect; he is an American Culturist and media expert. Lanugages: English and French.

Although we are non-smokers, we do not mind if you smoke.

Destination

BARCELONA - FOR - NEW YORK CITY, Manhattan

We will travel from November 17-25, 2007 and would prefer to exchange for those dates. However, you would be welcome to stay in NYC on different days (non-simultaneous), but we are likely to be in town. Guest facilities could accomdate two comfortably.
