Description

Our double story house has three bedroom two bathroom, one kitchen/laundry home in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand situated halfway between Patong beach and Phuket Town. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom only. We have a washing machine, small gas stove, Cable TV, DVD, Projector and Screen, many DVD movies, Broadband Wireless Internet. There is hot water in one Bathroom. Downstairs there is a pool table.
It is secure with carport room for one car. Lockable sliding gate.

Neighborhood

Quiet area, Close to shops, about ten kilometers from beach, close to public transport. There are many Thai familys with young children in the street and also many Westerners in the area.
It is away from the main tourist area in a quiet street.

About Us

I am from Melbourne, Australia and my partner is from Thailand. I owned my own business in Melbourne for over twenty years before coming here for an extended holiday. I love animals and don't have any at present but feed a stray cat that has just had three kittens and a dog that visit my home.

I speak English and my partner speaks both Thai and English. She was employed in the insurance industry for 16 years.
My daughter is nineteen years old and lives in Melbourne. We want to visit her for about 2 months.

Destination

I need a place within about 30klms of Melbourne, Australia. I can also take care of any pets that you may have as well as look after your house. The house can be of any size.I need to arrive in Melbourne anytime in September 2007.
