Description

This is our pride and joy and has a wonderful view of the surrounding area. There is plenty of room for a large family with lots to do without even leaving the house.Outdoor pool and spa hot tub.

Two storey, with upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living. Each room in the house has a television with cable tv both upstairs and downstairs. Large plasma screen for the living area. Playstation available for the kids and their own activity area. Enjoy a barbeque under the Alfresco. The home has ducted heating and cooling throughout.
With just a 20 minute drive to the city and a 10 minute drive to the beach everything is at your fingertips.

Neighborhood

Newly established area, with a mixture of young families and retiring couples. We are situated on a highly elevated block which gives us views all the way to the beach. All surrounding homes are highly maintained and the gardens are lovely.

About Us

We are a family of five. We have three young daughters from 7-10. We absolutely adore the outdoor life and love cooking big meals for all to share.
As the mother of the household , I base my business from home so that I can be around my children. I am a wedding and party decorator.
My husband is a manager for an engineering company and specialises in air conditioning. ( So I can guarantee our heating and cooling in the house..)
We go camping every new year and always take this kids on a holiday every year.

Destination

WE ARE DESPERATELY TRYING TO SET AN EXCHANGE FOR THE END OF 2008 WITH ANY STATE IN THE UNITED STATES. WE HAVE NO FIXED DATES BUT ULTIMATELY WOULD LOVE TO BE AWAY FOR CHRISTMAS..THAT WOULD GIVE YOU OUR SUMMER AND WE WOULD HAVE YOUR WINTER
WE ARE VERY KEEN TO SHOW OUR CHILDREN, DISNEYLAND, EPCOTT CENTRE , MOVIE WORLD AND THE SNOW......AND WE DON'T MIND THE LONG DRIVE.
