Description

Three storey townhouse located in Gulf Harbour on the hibiscus peninsula in New Zealand. Can sleep 6 ,has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two balconies. This house overlooks a lake and is in a quiet area.There is also a double garage with internal access.

Neighborhood

The Marina is located about 5 minutes walk from the house where you can eat and drink at the restaurants. If you take a walk round to the harbour (which takes about 15 minutes you can sit and admire the views. Golf courses nearby, as is the town of Whangaparaoa with its shops, restaurants and entertainment. A drive to Auckland city will take about one hour (depending on traffic) or you can get the early moring ferry from the harbour across to Auckland. We are two hours drive from Whangarei and further north is Russell in the Bay Of Islands and Kaitai. About 25 minutes drive is Waiwera Hot Pools where you can relax in the pools of different temperatures or attend the Spa for a massage etc.

About Us

I am a staff nurse i work at North Shore Hospital on the North Shore. My husband works at a Jewellers in Albany. We have a pet Lorikeet called Dizzy. We enjoy walking, driving, swimming. I enjoy cross stitching. We have three grown up children who live in the United Kingdom.

Destination

We would like an exchange to Grimsby, Cleethorpes or Louth in lincolnshire. We need at least two double bedrooms as my family will come to stay with me. Car use will also be required. We will allow use of our car on exchange.
