There is a large terrace that allows 180 degree views of the ocean and beautiful Sierra Madre mountains. The terrace comes with a patio set. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with. First class, upscale finishes all thru the condo. No smoking, and no pets allowed. We will consider a non-simoultaneuos trade.

Neighborhood

Located just 20 minutes North of the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta, on the Mexican Riviera, Nuevo Vallarta is a very tranquil, modern beach front resort. There are 3 golf courses within the neighborhood, shopping centers, restaurantes, and it is conveniently located at no more that 15 minutes driving from other interesting places, such as Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Destiladeras, and only 30 minutes from the first class resort know an Punta Mita. There are plenty of activities such as kayaking, wind surfing, kiting, bike riding, and many more. The beach at Nuevo Vallarta is considered the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Valarta area. The airport is oly 15 minutes away.

About Us

We have been married for 11 years, and have no children. This is our vacation home, which we usually rent wen not using. We own a Real estate firm in Puerto Vallarta, and love to travel, specially in the off seasons. We consider ourselves educated, professional and take very good care of our homes.
