Description

Very nice remodeled 1765 sqf house including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen open on a dining area, and an Arizona room available in June or July. The house offers a pool and an easy to maintain desert landscape garden including two fruit trees (peach and orange) in the back.

The house is fully furnished and equipped. Each bedroom has a full size bed, a desk, an office chair, a drawer, a closet, and a bedside chest. Linen is available. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, etc.) and the dining area can sit up to eight people. A gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting is also available. A separate laundry room includes washer and dryer. The house offers wireless internet, cable and free US local and long distance phone calls (calls to a selection of foreign countries are free too!).

Neighborhood

The house is conveniently located less than a mile away from downtown Tempe and Arizona State University. It is walking/biking distance from shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and campus. Bus line 30 (on University street) and ORBIT link directly home to Mill Avenue (shopping, restaurants, movie theaters) and ASU campus. The house is close to main highways (1.5 miles to 143 to get to Phoenix airport in less than 10 mn, and to 10 and 60) and 1 mile to the light rail Mill Avenue station (to go to downtown Phoenix, Mesa, or Phoenix airport - available in December 2008).

You will enjoy walks in the neighborhood, as well as in parks such as Beck (at the corner), Mitchell (1/4 mile away on the way to ASU), Jaycee (1/2 mile), Tempe beach and Hayden butte (1 mile), and Papago park (1.5 mile).
