Nous pensons échanger notre appartement l'été prochain (juillet ou août).
Notre appart fait 60 m2 et il dispose d'une terrasse de 40 m2, plein sud, avec tonnelle, bref idéal pour manger dehors tout l'été avec la mer, le fort Carré et les Alpes en point de mire.
Notre appartement est situé au 1er étage d'une villa provençale des années 50 et une des chambres surplombe le quartier avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Nice, l'arrière pays, le fort Carré et les Alpes.

We think of exchanging our apartment next summer (July or August). Our appart is 60 m2 and it lays out of a terrace of 40 m2, full southern, with arbour, perfect to eat outside all summer with the sea, the famous "Fort Carré" and the Alps as background.
Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa of Provence of the Fifties and one of the rooms overhangs the district with unspoilable view on bay of Nice and the back country.

Neighborhood

Antibes (entre Cannes et Nice), quartier de la piscine, avenue jules grec, très calme, 10 minutes à pied de la gare, 20 minutes à pied pour la vieille ville et les plages, 200 mètres de la piscine.
Accès autoroute en voitures: 5 minutes
Petit plus: Petit bruit d'eau qui coule de la fontaine du jardin du voisin, très "feng shui" pour les repas de dehors.

East Antibes, very calm, between Cannes and Nice, Côte d'azur, Provence
By walking: 10 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the old city and the beach, 200 meters to the municipal swimming pool and By car: 5 minutes to the motorway, 30 minutes to Nice, 15 minutes to Cannes.
Bonus: Small water noise which falls from the fountain of the neighbor's garden, very "feng shui" for the meals outside.

About Us

Couple trentenaire avec bébé de 10 mois, nous sommes tous les deux enseignants sur Antibes.
Selon l'échange, nous pourrions laisser notre véhicule: Kangoo, année 2006.

Thirty years old couple with a baby (10 monthes), we are both infant teachers in Antibes.
Possibly, w can share a Renault Kangoo, year 2006 (15 000 Kms).
