It has a separate Dining area and a large kitchen/diner with modern amenities. A comfortable home with an ensuite, a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. It is tastefully decorated and spacious. Broadband and cable TV with 16 channels available with DVD and Video (PAL). Gas central heating. Neighborhood

Situated within Lucan's St Mary's parish Ballyowen is widely regarded as one of the areas finer family locations. The development is arranged in a series of winding leafy cul de sacs around ample open green areas and is adjacent to the wide open expanse of Ballyowen Park. Bustling Lucan village is within walking distance, with its shops, schools, pubs & restaurants and an excellent Quality Bus Corridor bus service operates in to the city (pedestrian exit to bus stop is adjacent to Ballyowen Way 2 min walk). About Us

I live with my 15 year old daughter and can make my place available anytime for your visit. But we are fixed on our dates to New York as we are due to attend a wedding there on 16th November 07 and would like to stay close to mid-town/Times Sq etc... to make the most of the city for a weeks stay. I am open to some other offers during the year as I would like somewhere warm and sunny preferably Italy in July without my daughter as she is going to Malaga with her friend from 17 - 27 July. and I would love to visit near Rome. Also would love to see Mexico, Egypt & far east.
