Our house will be available to the exchange at the beginning of 2008, Is a house renovated with air-conditioned, 4 rooms (room reads 160*200 electric + 2 rooms with bed a person + 1 room equipped with a settee bed 2 people), 1 bathroom with bath-tub balnéo, a water room with shower, kitchen equipped (congel, micro waves, washes crockery, induction etc.) Equipment for young children available (reads folding stool, bath-tub baby, ect...) like for children up to 11 years! House equipped agreeably: 2 TV, hifi, 2 microcomputers, ADSL, we leave at disposal: 2 cars and our bicycles. Our house is luminous, pleasant with all the part "day" (kitchen, stay) giving on a terrace (perfect for the barbecus the evening;) ) and a garden of approximately 900m2, and the part harms (rooms) is calm. We have a cleaning lady which will agree to come at the time of your stay. Ideal for a family of 4 with young children

Equipements pour jeunes enfants disponibles (lit pliant, baignoire bébé, ect...) ainsi que pour enfants jusqu'à 11 ans ! A 60 km, you will find the ocean with Lacanau or Arcachon. In addition to these "traditional" of tourism, the area offers many ballades and our house will be useful to you agreeably, we will espèrons it, of foot with ground for the discovery of the surroundings!
Notre maison est située à proximité de tout dans un quartier calme...Nous sommes en "banlieue" ,proche de bordeaux ville classée patrimoine mondial UNESCO cette année, également proche des grands domaines de vignobles :st emilion, pessac-leognan, ect ...A 60 km, vous trouverez l'océan avec Lacanau ou Arcachon. Outre ces "classiques" du tourisme, la région offre de nombreuses ballades et notre maison vous servira agréablement, nous l'espèrons, de pied à terre pour la découverte des environs!
About Us
Mr. 37 years, Mrs. 31 years, 2 children (boys) 11 and 6 years. Mr. is person in charge-assistant in the sector gas and Mrs. is responsible for an agency in the financial sector. We like to travel, the goods restaus, the randos, to read... We are very careful, our children too.
Mr 37 ans, Mme 31 ans, 2 enfants (garçons) 11 et 6 ans. Mr est responsable-adjoint dans le secteur gaz et Mme est responsable d'une agence dans le secteur financier.
Nous aimons voyager, les bons restaus, les randos, lire...Nous sommes très soigneux, nos enfants aussi .
Destination
We wish to exchange our house as from spring 2008. Of préference, with a of the same family profile, with children, loving the cats (2 at the house but which can be placed elsewhere during the stay)
We wish, in addition to the fact of travelling with our children, to meet other families.
Nous souhaitons échanger notre maison à partir du printemps 2008. De préference, avec une famille de même profil,avec enfants, aimant les chats (2 à la maison mais qui peuvent être placés ailleurs durant le séjour) Nous souhaitons, outre le fait de voyager avec nos enfants ,rencontrer d'autres familles.
