If you know Dublin you will know that Dun Laoghaire is one of the prime locations to live. A Victorian town on the sea with great belnd of great beauty and local amenities. The house has 4 double and one single bedrooms, and an additional double bedroom and bathroom to the side with private entrance. The house has a big garden and private front drive. We are 5 minutes walk from the sea and only a few minutes drive from Dalkey with it's fine restaurants and baars and Killiney the coastal home of the rich and famous.

Neighborhood

We spend almost all of our leisure time walking, sailing climbing or enjoying great drinking or dining. All is within a few minutes reach. We moved here in September and daily count our lucky stars. Our only regret is not moving here sooner! Hazeldene (the house) is situated at the top of Clarinda park a victorian residential square with tennis courts and green playing area in the middle. Dunlaoghaire pier and marina are only 5 minutes walk away. Sandycove, the home of the James Joyce museum, and a location with many fine restaurants is only 2 minutes drive away (10 mins walk), Dalkey the neighbour to Sandycove boasts some of Dublin's finest restaurants. Killiney it's neighbour hosts the homes of the rich and famous as well as a very fine beach and stunning cliff walks. Got the picture?
